Child's Play Charity Tournament

This Saturday, DAGGER will be holding our annual gaming tournament to raise money for Child's Play. The tournaments will be in Von Canon C, and the facebook group can be found here. Registration is $3 on the Bryan Center plaza and $5 at the door per event. We will be tabling out on the BC plaza all week from 11am to 1:30pm. Details for the tournaments below:

October Recap

Greetings, DAGGERites! October was a joyous month for all things DAGGER, as we held four meetings and played a bevy of different games. Later, we gathered to solve the mystery of Mr. Boddy's murder at Puzzlehunt. We'll continue to meet throughout the year, and be sure to watch for our annual Child's Play events coming up later on!

Medieval Games Recap

Ye Olde Accents were brought out last week at DAGGER as traveled back in time to play some of our favorite Medieval-themed games! Some new games (En Garde, Ponte del Diavolo) as well as some old favorites (Dominion, Settlers of Catan, Shadows over Camelot) were brought to the table. Next Thursday, we'll be having a General Games Night. On Friday, the year's first game of Murder in the Dark will happen- check this blog and the mailing list for more info soon!

Sep 15- General Games

Last week at DAGGER, we had another round of General Games Night. Betrayal at House on the Hill, San Juan, Vegas Showdown, Magic: the Gathering, and Super Smash Brothers Brawl were played, along with many others. Get your armor and stop by next week for Medieval Games Night!

General Games Night

Last week at DAGGER, we brought as many games as we could fit into a duffel bag for General Games Night! Fluxx, Arkham Horror, 7 Wonders, Super Smash Bros., Cthulu 500, and Magic: The Gathering were among those played. Be sure to stop by next week for another round of General Games Night- play what we have, or feel free to bring your own favorites.

Smash Bros. Wrapup

Thanks to everyone who came out for our opening night of DAGGER! We had 3 different Super Smash Bros. tournaments going on; Bill won the N64 tournament, while Dennis was the champion of Melee and Brawl. Next week, we'll be in the same room (Soc Sci 105) at the same time (8:00), so come drop by!
