Greetings, DAGGERites! October was a joyous month for all things DAGGER, as we held four meetings and played a bevy of different games. Later, we gathered to solve the mystery of Mr. Boddy's murder at Puzzlehunt. We'll continue to meet throughout the year, and be sure to watch for our annual Child's Play events coming up later on!

I also second Nicholas that we need to focus on the learning aspect of games rather than the medium, even as the games should focus on fun rather than learning. Teachers at all levels are coming up with more and more creative ways to engage students.
